Evidence Corpus
Livetextbook is a source-attributed clinical reasoning layer: evidence organised around the decision a clinician actually faces, with provenance and uncertainty visible by construction.
See how the corpus worksEUROSTROKES connects two things that too often sit apart: the evidence behind an acute-stroke decision and the network that must deliver it. We build the knowledge infrastructure, practical methods and clinical partnerships that bring both closer to every bedside.
Attica network proof: 19 recanalisation centres mapped across IVT and EVT pathways.
The projects on this site are built — and each has one open edge.
EUROSTROKES is looking for the people who belong on those edges: clinicians who treat stroke, and companies building tools for them.
For technology partners, this means evidence that can be traced, structured and used. For hospitals and networks, it means pathways that can be assessed, modelled and improved.

See how the corpus worksEUROSTROKES helps stroke systems see the whole pathway—from first contact and transfer patterns to treatment capability, standards and the operating gaps between them.
Explore the methodThe EUROSTROKES map turns fragmented service information into one navigable view of thrombolysis and thrombectomy capability. It is a practical tool for colleagues and a starting point for seeing how a network behaves as a system.

Availability must always be confirmed directly with the relevant hospital and emergency services.
EUROSTROKES is led by Dr. Apostolos Safouris, vascular neurologist and stroke specialist. The work begins with the realities of acute care: time pressure, imperfect transfers, scattered evidence and the need for decisions that remain accountable.
That clinical perspective is combined with direct building—of maps, evidence infrastructure, educational material and partnership methods.
Meet the founderThe visual language is simple because the method should be legible: establish the real baseline, model the pathway or evidence problem, then improve it with explicit safeguards and measurable outputs.
